While officials from The Lott attempted to reach out to the new multi-millionaire last night, the winner didn’t discover his good fortune until this morning when he saw multiple missed calls.

Although the entry is registered to an online account, officials from The Lott were unable to make contact with the winner last night on the contact details provided to deliver the life-changing news.

“I’ve gone through the ticket 15 times! Sh**!

“This is mind-altering. It means I can resign from work – that’ll be it!

“When my bank manager asked me years ago what my retirement plans, I said, ‘to win the lottery’. He just laughed at me. Well, I have!

“Another thing will be paying off the mortgage. That’s the very first thing. For the first time, I’m going to own my house outright.
