A man has suffered serious injuries after an alleged brawl in Maroochydore.
Police say a 22-year-old man was hit over the head after being approached by a group of people on Ocean Street, early Saturday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance Spokesperson says the man was rushed to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with serious head injuries.

Investigations are underway.
