A 32 year-old Senior Constable from the North Coast Region has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service.
The male officer has been charged with one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault.
In a statement, the QPS said the matters relate to an off-duty incident which is alleged to have occurred in January 2022.

The officer is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 21.
The North Coast Region comprises the Moreton, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay police districts.
