Police investigating a two vehicle crash at Birtinya are seeking public assistance to identify the driver of a black utility.
Initial information suggests at about 3pm yesterday, the ute was travelling on Kawana Link Road before it collided with the school bus at the intersection with Creekside Boulevard.
The crash caused the bus to leave the roadway then roll over.

The driver of the bus and his two passengers suffered minor injuries.
Police said the driver of the Black Holden ute fled the crash scene on foot.
Investigators would like to speak with any witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage that may have travelled Kawana Link Rd in the lead up to the crash.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
