Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 79-year-old Mooloolaba man Ian Champion.
Ian left a First Avenue address yesterday morning, Thursday February 17 on foot and was last seen at a food business on Mooloolaba Esplanade around 12.30pm.
Concerns are held for his welfare as he has a medical condition which may cause confusion and communication difficulties.

Ian is Caucasian, 185cm tall with a slim build and has white short hair and a moustache. He uses a black cane.
He was wearing a black sleeveless t-shirt, darks shorts, sandals, black baseball cap with white horn motif and sunglasses.
Anyone with information on Ian’s whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
