A 27-year-old Cairns man has been charged, following an alleged carjacking on the Sunshine Coast.
Police allege he was one of a group of people who held a man at gunpoint and stole his Ford Mustang, in a shopping centre carpark last Wednesday.
The car was discovered the following morning after a public appeal for information.

A Bungalow man has this week been charged with a string of 17 offences, including dangerous operation of a vehicle, discharging a weapon in a public place, armed robbery and stealing.
A QPS spokespersons says the man is next due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on December 2.
Investigations continue into the other people allegedly involved.
