An elderly man has been flown to hospital after a quad bike crash northeast of Gympie.
The man in his 70s was injured on a rural property around 3pm yesterday.
Due to the hilly terrain, he was treated for several injuries on the ground by paramedics, before being taken to the waiting chopper, the Land Rover LifeFlight Special Mission Helicopter.

He has then flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
