A report is being prepared for the coroner after a woman’s body was found washed ashore at a Sunshine Coast beach.
Police say her body was found at the northern end of Peregian Beach around 1pm yesterday afternoon.
Investigators are still working to identify the woman.

Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
