A 54-year-old woman has been charged with drink driving after her car allegedly struck a cyclist at Tewantin.
Police say the rider was hit by a Toyota Camry on Poinciana Ave around 4.15 on Monday afternoon.
The driver of the vehicle allegedly returned a blood-alcohol reading of 0.259 per cent, more than five times the legal limit.

The Tewantin woman has since been served with a notice to appear for driving under the influence of liquor.
She is expected to face the Noosa Magistrates Court on December 20.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are ongoing.
