A man has chest and leg injuries after crashing into a tree in the Gympie region.
The incident happened on Eel Creek Road at Langshaw around 3am.
He has since been taken to Gympie Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Meantime, a motorcyclist has been injured after crashing into a kangaroo at Belli Park.
Paramedics were called to the crash on Eumundi Kenilworth Road at 7.30 this morning.
Man in his 50s has since been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with chest and facial injuries.
A QAS spokesperson says he was in a stable condition.
