Former Bachelor star and fitness influencer Sam Wood has been refused bail over an alleged domestic violence incident in Noosa last weekend.
The Maroochydore Magistrate’s court yesterday heard the 46 year old, from Melbourne, allegedly assaulted and choked his wife during an argument at their Noosa holiday apartment last Saturday night.
The court heard his adult stepdaughter made a triple zero call to police and that his wife thought she was going to die during the alleged incident.

The Magistrate refused bail after the police prosecutor told the court Wood is a potential flight risk and he has the resources to flee the jurisdiction.
Wood has been transferred to a Brisbane prison and is due back in court on November 23.
