Four youths have been charged after being arrested on the Gold Coast in a car that was allegedly stolen from Eumundi on Tuesday.
Around 6.40pm the next night police received reports of the allegedly stolen Mazda CX-9 being driven near Coronation Drive in Brisbane.
Police and PolAir tracked the vehicle to Robina.
A tyre deflation device was successfully deployed and the vehicle came to a stop on Glenside Drive around 8.30 on Wednesday night.
The occupants fled from the vehicle on foot and were arrested nearby.
A 17-year-old boy, 12-year-old boy, 13-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy were all charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and are due before Southport Childrens Court at a later date.
The white Mazda CX-9 station wagon was allegedly stolen from Burrell Avenue, Eumundi on May 9.
Investigations are continuing.
