Investigations are underway after a car crashed at Tin Can Bay.
Around 11.55pm Thursday, August 27, emergency services were called to a crash on the Esplanade involving a red Mitsubishi Pajero.
The driver, a 35-year-old Tin Can Bay man, sustained minor injuries.
Police say the driver of the vehicle had been involved in an earlier altercation at a local establishment on the Esplanade around 11.40pm, before the vehicle was seen driving dangerously.
Officers are appealing for witnesses who were present during the earlier altercation or who observed the Mitsubishi Pajero driving in the area, to contact police.
Police are aware of a social media post regarding the incident and are making further enquires.
Anyone who has relevant CCTV or dashcam vision of the Mitsubishi Pajero leading up to the crash, is also urged to contact police.
