Between 9.10am and 11am on July 13, a vehicle has been stolen from the Amama Picnic grounds in the Amamoor State Forest.

The victim and partner had parked and secured their vehicle before setting off for a bush walk, upon returning the vehicle was gone.

The vehicle was a 2010 two-door Jeep Wrangler, white in colour, Queensland registration 414TGX.

The victim also lost personal possessions that where left inside the car. This may have contributed to the entry and removal of the vehicle.

Please remember to take possessions with you or hide them in the vehicle out of sight to reduce any temptation before locking up.
