Fire crews continue to battle Cooloola Coast blazes
Nine fires crew are on scene and three others are on their way to help battle a blaze at Curra.
Water-bombing aircraft were called in to help contain the vegetation fire north of Gympie on Tuesday afternoon, after it broke out around 2.30pm.
It was burning between Raspberry Lane and Brunjes Road near the vicinity of Harvey Siding Road.
Fire breaks were established around the blaze and widened overnight.
The fire wasn't posing a risk to any property as of 10am on Wednesday.
More than a dozen other fire crews were also keeping an eye on a fire at the ADF's Wide Bay Training Area at Tin Can Bay.
A QFES spokesperson said crews were on scene assessing the fire on Wednesday morning, and working out a plan of action for the day.
