Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl who has been reported missing from Gympie.
The girl (pictured) was last seen in Gympie on November 9 but wasn’t reported as missing to police until December 3.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age and medical condition.

She is described as 160cm tall with a proportionate build, black curly hair, brown eyes and Pacific Islander appearance.
Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information that could assist in locating her, to contact police.
