A truck driver is in a critical condition after a crash on the Bruce Highway at Glenwood north of Gympie.
The man has life threatening head injuries after his truck crashed into a barrier at 6.44am today.
It’s believed he was hit by a rock which smashed through the windscreen during the crash.

He has been airlifted to hospital by a rescue chopper.
Meanwhile, two fire crews are cleaning up a diesel spill at a Coolum Service station.
A truck hit a bowser just after 7am causing about 200 litres of fuel to leak at the servo on Yandina-Coolum Road near Greenoaks Drive.
