A Kilkivan man has been charged with stalking Gympie MP Tony Perrett.
Police allege Mark David Ward stalked Mr Perrett between August 18 to September 7.
He has also been charged with possessing explosives without the appropriate authority and possessing dangerous drugs.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear in court today.
The MP said he can’t comment as the matter is before the court.
