Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 57-year-old woman missing from Diddillibah.
Dianne Davidson was last seen at a caravan park on David Low Way around 8.30pm on Saturday.
Police and her family hold concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character and she has a medical condition.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, with a proportionate build, tanned complexion, hazel/green eyes, and shoulder-length brunette hair with blonde streaks.
She has a small tattoo on her right ankle and is believed to be wearing gold hoop earrings and a silver necklace with a pendant.
Dianne was last seen wearing a dark navy or black oversized hooded jumper, white Hoka running shoes, and white ankle-height socks.
Police are urging her or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
