A commercial building has suffered significant damage in Nambour, after going up in flames overnight.
A blaze broke out in the western side of the structure, at the corner of Coronation Ave and Rigby St around 8.45pm.
Four fire crews raced to the scene.

They were able to enter through the eastern end of the building and had the flames extinguished as of 9.35pm.
A QFES spokesperson says the structure suffered significant damage.
A fire investigator arrived at the scene early on Thursday to examine the cause of the blaze.
