Sacred Earth Music One Day Retreat Rainbow Beach

Hosted at Vibes Rainbow Beach – 12 Rainbow Shores Drive The theme for the Rainbow Beach “One Day Retreat” is bringing presence into everyday living. The day will begin by singing a mantra that will lead us into meditation. We will then move our bodies through the practice of chi kung and Yoga and break for morning tea. After our break, we will sing the mantra for 1-2 hours. We will then break for lunch. At 2 pm, we will begin the workshop and continue with the contemplative practices of mantra and meditation, some Q&A time. The day begins at 10:00 am and finishes at 3pm, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for registration and settling in. Morning tea and lunch is provided as a part of your ticket.
