We are creating a space for you to join us in anything that improves wellbeing. Just do at your leisure – vision boards, colouring in, craft, card reading you can do yourself and we will finish with a short meditation. We will have focused discussions around topics that may come up on the day or that are planned in advance. This is a casual space to download the week and/or to launch your weekend from a place of gratitude and rest. Please join us – afternoon tea is provided.
