Nikki Osborne aka The Bush Blonde is coming to Gympie RSL! For one night only, join Nikki and friends for an evening of standup comedy. ABOUT THE SHOW: Doors open at 7.30, show starts at 8pm. The kitchen will be open upstairs from 5pm, please come early if you want to grab dinner upstairs as food won’t be served in The Rhythm Bar. Book a sitter for the kids, this show comes with adult content and language warnings and is strictly 18+. ABOUT THE COMEDIANS: Nikki Osborne: You might know Nikki from some of her 300+ hours of LIVE national television appearances, or from Hughesy We Have a Problem, or I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, or from hosting Just For Laughs Uncut. Osborne may look like a Barbie until she opens her mouth. Having grown up in Queensland around bogans, boats and race cars, she is instantly likable and relatable. Host Anna Brennan: A Gympie local who has just returned from a ten show run of her solo show Tinderella at Melbourne International Comedy Festival. “When she’s in full flight Brennan is a wonder to behold.” – Kate Mulqueen, ARTS hub Christian Lutz: Christian burst onto the comedy scene in 2013, when he became a Raw Comedy State finalist in WA. He’s since toured Australia and the USA, including taking two shows to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Christian Lutz’s weaved stories will make you laugh at every turn. “Feels like a show for the Australian every man, in the spirit of Dave Highes and Dave Thornton” – Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Jemma Bayley: Known on the Brissy comedy scene for her zippy one liners, Jemma is reliably funny and charming as hell. There will also be some guest appearances from up and coming local comics. This show is brought to you by Creative Arts Gympie Region with Anna Brennan and funding from the Australian Government.
