Accidentally killed your plant? Don’t worry Bunnings will replace them!
So it turns out that the new plant you purchased from Bunnings has died. Maybe it was lack of water or possibly you don’t yet have that “green thumb” you thought you did.
Don’t worry we have all been there, plants are hard work! We have some great news for you though green thumb or not, Bunnings has introduced a “Perfect Plant Promise” return policy.
The policy will allow you to return a dead plant (not seedlings) within 12 months of purchase for a refund or replacement (with receipt or tax invoice).
According to the official policy “if you’re not 100% happy, return your plant (with receipt or tax invoice) and we’ll refund it”.
Head into Bunnings with your dead plant and an employee will examine the damage and assess whether they will accept your return.
